With a strong focus on professional development, advocacy, and industry collaboration, AAPM plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare management.The RoleRecognising the significant contribution that each of the AAPM's national partners make to the success of the organisation's ability to elevate its suite of services and deliver quality education and advice for members, the new role of Partnerships Development Manager has been created.The role of the Partnerships Development Manager is instrumental in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with AAPM's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual partnership strategies.Meet revenue budgets, maintain and enhance relationships with partners, and deliver CEO advisory briefs.Lead and develop a small and effective team, ensure alignment with AAPM's plans, continually improve business development methods, and represent the organisation at events and educational seminars.Key Requirements:Proven experience in business development, negotiation, and sales.Track record of achieving financial targets and building successful, mutually beneficial relationships.Highly developed communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in technology and ability to work autonomously and in a team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.A number of years of relevant experience in corporate development , partner relationships or related roles.Salary & BenefitsAn annual salary circa $90,000 + Super can be negotiated.
