This position requires a high-level understanding of tertiary administration processes and delivery with the ability to develop creative approaches that improve the La Trobe experience for staff, students, and partners.
Flexibility and a strong commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service to the La Trobe University community is essential.
Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have:
Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise developed through extensive relevant experience and application.Demonstrated ability to gain a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures or systems and interpretation in the application of policy and/or precedent.Ability to innovate and take responsibility for outcomes.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external providers.How to apply Closing date: By 11:55pm on Wednesday 27th November 2024
