What you'll be doing As a Partnership Specialist, you'll be pivotal in enabling an engagement framework for contracted Corporate Sales partners. You will work closely with internal teams in designing and optimising the framework while having pivotal opportunities to engage directly with Corporate Sales partners in its application.
Reporting to the Manager- Customer Success, the Partnership Specialist will support a proactive customer engagement model for our contracted [Corporate Sales] partners that accelerates share shift, maximises value, and fosters brand loyalty.
The role would suit a candidate with a strong process and strategic mindset, on-the-job industry experience, and a knack for blending governance in an agile and engaging manner.
In addition, you will:
Ensure thorough product knowledge of all Virgin Australia productsSupport efficient and compelling acquisitions.Remove the 'change of pain' through seamless execution of new customer onboarding – including coordination with the corporate sales support teamDrive continuous improvement of customer engagement throughout the contract lifecycle by identifying areas of opportunity for collateral, stakeholders, and time-critical tasks.Identify and support knowledge shares with other departments and divisions that directly and indirectly support sales.Understand the customers' needs in order to provide and consult on arrangementsEnsure all information provided is clear and accurateYou'll be great for the role if you: Undergraduate degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in a business-related discipline.Minimum 3 years B2B sales operations or B2B contract management experience (customer-facing).Previous experience in contract negotiation, implementation, and/or tender processes.Demonstrated ability to engage and operate at all customer hierarchy levels while also able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internally and externally).Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships. - Demonstrated stakeholder managementPlease note this is a 12-month contract located in Brisbane.
