As a result, we have an excellent opportunity available to join our sales team as a Partnership Manager.
The Role The Partnership Manager is the primary contact between brokers, lenders and Connective.
This role ensures that all brokers are equipped with the tools, training and support they need to grow their business through Connective.
Within a supportive team, you will be accountable for brokers and have the following responsibilities:
Inducting all new brokers into Connective with emphasis on our award-winning software, Mercury NexusProviding on the ground support and facilitating a smooth onboarding processBuilding strong relationships with brokers based on a thorough understanding of their businessIdentifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective product and service offeringsFacilitating, attending and hosting events as requiredEncouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective eventsDeveloping high levels of positive engagement and broker retention.The Person As an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer's expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper.
You enjoy sales, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.
You will also have:
A proven record in developing relationships and delivering sales outcomes3-5 years' experience within the mortgage broking or finance industryExperience working with a CRMOutstanding communication skills with a collaborative team player styleStrong influencing and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel to broker meetings and events within designated portfolio.The Benefits As a valued part of the Connective team, you will be rewarded with:
