We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New RoleThe Member Group's purpose is to achieve the Fund's member growth and member experience outcomes through a competitive, sustainable, and differentiated proposition.Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships QLD/NT, the Partnership Manager is part of the fund's Member Growth and Marketing team which is focused on the attraction and retention of profitable members to the fund. Using key methodologies, aligned to the Funds values, you will exceed targets and grow our membership by building trust through purposeful engagement. This will be achieved by partnering and collaborating with businesses and/or stakeholders through engagement, facilitation, and education.Key Responsibilities:Understand your Partner's key customers and competitors, their structure, and the nature of their workforce (including staff numbers and locations) and what is important to them and their organisation.Ensure engagement and strategic plans are appropriate and impactful in deepening and protecting relationships.Build high level, multi-point and robust relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the Partner team and relevant leaders within AustralianSuper.Collaborate with Partners to protect and promote the position of AustralianSuper as default, directly with businesses, via soft default or Enterprise Agreements.Support the Business Development team in expanding the number of businesses coming to the Fund and optimise the number of joins at the time of onboarding.Assist with the negotiation of commercial and contractual relationships relating to the establishment of new partnerships and initiatives, and ensure contracts are executed according to the agreement.Track and report on performance against strategic plans and objectives.What You'll Need:Solid experience in a similar senior relationship role, within a financial services environment, with specific responsibility for managing relationships with senior executives including CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors, Stakeholder executives and officials.Knowledge of superannuation, fund administration, investment products and process, and asset transition.Exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to build, maintain and add value.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work autonomously, find solutions and make decisions.Broad working knowledge of the Australian industrial relations landscape including the role of unions.RG146 accreditation.Life at AustralianSuperAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching, and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
