FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with a well-respected boutique accounting firm based on the Gold Coast. This accounting firm has a high quality and loyal client base. The culture of the firm is friendly, respectful, and the firm boasts low staff turnover. POSITION Due to strong growth, the position of Partner has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert compliance and advisory services to a client portfolio that is comprised of SME and SMSF clients. My client is looking for someone who is able to manage circa $700k in fees and work alongside a very proactive financial planning division. CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: CA/CPA 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Ability to purchase equity (up to $700,000) in a short period of time Experience with all entity types including SMSFs Strong technical tax knowledge Experience with Xero and BGL 360 would be highly desirable Exceptional communication and presentation Stable employment history
