This is an amazing role for an established Special Counsel/Partner to lead an Employment and Industrial Relations focused practice regularly advising employees and employers in relation to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Cth) Role responsibilities: As the successful candidate, you will be expected to manage a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Providing advice on entitlements under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and modern awards.Advising on complex workplace issues such as termination of employment, redundancies, and restraints.Drafting and advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, and other employment documents.Assisting relevant teams with complex employment law queries.Contributing to the development of document suitesTraining relevant teams on various employment law matters.Does this sound like you?
