ResponsibilitiesOnboard and educate new merchants on the ShopBack platform once closed by the Business development team.Visit our diverse range of merchants across Sydney to deploy our BAU and campaign POSM materialsBe part of the end-to-end setup and work with various internal and external parties to ensure that all functional processes are set in place before the merchant is live.Work collaboratively across the organization with Tech, Customer Service, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize and scale current processes.Conduct quality assurance during merchant visits to ensure POSM condition and positioning align with our branding guidelinesWork with the Customer Service team to problem-solve merchant-related issues such as invalid QR codes and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences.Requirements0-2 years experience in retail/event operation/onboarding role, open to fresh grad applicantsAvailable to work 3 days per week, with flexibility to adjust depending on workloadStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakesAbility to grow and learn in a challenging and fast-paced environmentDriven to contribute to building a successful business in one of the fastest-growing start-ups in AustraliaSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlinesWilling to commute to various places within Sydney every day.
