MCI is a leading global event management and communication agency (www.wearemci.com). We're looking for a Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our Association Marketing Team based in Brisbane.

Position Overview

This is a 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. We offer flexibility with options for a 4- or 5-day work week.
The Partner Marketing Coordinator will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partner marketing campaign for a major global congress taking place in Sydney in 2025. This role focuses on engaging industry segments and international communities to secure support and endorsement of the 2025 congress, expanding our comms reach and impact – THE MULTIPLIER EFFECT!
By activating new partner networks, we aim to broaden our event promotions and engage various audiences, ultimately boosting sign-up and attendance to the Congress next October.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach campaign to international membership groups, associations, federations, societies, foundations, research universities, and communities.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance event brand visibility and engagement.Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for increased promotional reach and engagement.Create tailored digital marketing content for distribution through partner networks.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, project coordination, design) to ensure aligned messaging and objectives.Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and optimisation recommendations.Maintain and leverage relationships with external partners, agencies, associations, academics, media contacts, and influencers across the campaign.Generate engaging event content that resonates with target audiences.Stay informed on digital marketing best practices and event industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing and campaign management, ideally within the events sector.Strong grasp of multiplier marketing concepts and strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).Creative thinker passionate about storytelling and audience engagement.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information on Multiplier Marketing Drive content marketing initiatives (emails, blogs, videos, articles, case studies, infographics) to attract and engage new audiences, blending industry news with event messaging.Execute lead generation campaigns to grow database contacts and nurture leads through their customer journey.Implement geo-targeted campaigns across major digital and social platforms to deliver relevant content.Plan and design email campaigns to keep key audiences informed of event milestones.Manage organic and paid social media advertising, including community management on platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Over time, the Partner Marketing Coordinator will handle multiple events, covering topics such as Healthcare, Infrastructure, Transport, and Agriculture, with daily tasks including content creation, outreach, proofing, and delivery across digital channels.Application Process
