We are hiring our second Partner Manager for Staffbase Australia!
We are building our first home base in Sydney, and as such, high preference will be given to candidates located in the Greater Sydney Area to support our ASEAN growth.
As the Partner Manager, ASEAN, you will play a critical role in driving Staffbase's growth by acquiring, enabling, and activating a network of high-performing partners in the region.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring they are effectively onboarded, enabled, and aligned with Staffbase's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Your expertise in co-selling and strategic collaboration will position you as a trusted advisor to our partners, enabling mutual success.
You will develop strategies and tactics to maximize our sales growth, build relationships with key decision makers (C-Suite, HR Leadership), expand our current business, and work with our partner ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:1.
Partner Acquisition and Onboarding:Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across the ASEAN region to expand Staffbase's partner ecosystem.Conduct in-depth discovery with potential partners to assess alignment with Staffbase's goals and their capabilities.Develop tailored onboarding programs to ensure partners are fully equipped to represent Staffbase and drive revenue growth.2.
Partner Enablement and Training:Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including product training, sales certification, and ongoing knowledge-sharing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with sales collateral, marketing materials, and resources needed for success.Act as the go-to resource for partners, offering regular support and insights to help them excel in their efforts.3.
GTM Strategy and Execution:Work closely with partners to co-develop and execute joint GTM plans that align with Staffbase's regional objectives.Create marketing and sales initiatives to generate leads and drive pipeline growth through partner channels.Monitor and report on the success of GTM campaigns, refining strategies as needed for maximum impact.4.
Co-Selling and Revenue Generation:Collaborate with partners on strategic deals, supporting them in closing opportunities with their end customers.Participate in joint sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to strengthen partner relationships and drive shared success.Provide strategic guidance on deal structures and contract negotiations to ensure a win-win outcome.5.
Relationship Management and Growth:Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their growth within Staffbase.Regularly engage with partners to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges proactively.Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and mutual benefit between Staffbase and its partners.6.
Reporting and Metrics:Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including revenue contribution, deal pipeline, and enablement progress.Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partner activity, success stories, and areas for improvement.What you'll need to be successful:Min.
3+ years of experience in Partnerships/SaaS sales across ASEAN, producing and exceeding targets, ideally within web technology, Microsoft Sharepoint, collaboration, communication, or an innovative online product environment.ASEAN Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the cultural, business, and operational nuances of the ASEAN region.Collaborative Leader: Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.Experience in direct SaaS Sales is a plus.Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment preferred.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Superior communication and closing skills.Ability to travel (Approx 30%).Multi-lingual speaker preferred (Mandarin / Traditional Chinese).What you'll get:Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including an Employee Stock Option Plan.Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of 2400 AUD.Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of 1600 AUD.Wellbeing - in addition to yearly vacation days of 30 days p.a., we're running a 4-day-work week every year in August with full payment.Support - we're offering support on private health insurance.
