Your Impact This unique position will develop and oversee our Partner Program, aiming to enable and automate channel sales for maximum impact.
You'll leverage a deeply commercial mindset, previous operational experience, and strong analytical rigour to drive one of Weel's most significant go-to-market projects to date.
In a nutshell: Formalise and execute our partner channel program:Assessment and planning.Design, build and formalise a strategy from acquisition, to first referral, to embedding our solution in a partner's preferred client tech stack.Tackle the challenge of scaling a solution that can be used for accounting and bookkeeping firms nationwide.Execution: Target and recruit, onboard and activate, train and enable.Once formalised and fit for purpose, identify, train and hire the key personnel to scale.In more detail: This role will adopt a formulaic approach to generating referrals and driving growth.

An understanding of Accounting Consultancy and Bookkeeper business models will be beneficial, but experience with go-to-market strategies, channel sales models and playbook development is necessary.Partners have always played a role in our GTM strategy, but now, we're introducing greater structure, strategy and insight to the function.
