We're hiring a PartnerDevelopment Manager to drive partners' success in buildingapplications that are Powered by Snowflake. The Partner Development Managerwill be part of the Data Cloud Product team within Alliances and focus onthe partnership with strategic vertical organizations who design, build,launch & monetize new data applications that leverage the SnowflakeData Cloud and marketplace. The Partner Development Manager will play apivotal role in leading the GTM capabilities of these partners in the US.We are looking for a builder, team player and future leader to win thehearts and minds of our Data Cloud Product Partners.AS A PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:Be accountable for the success of our Powered by Snowflake partners,measured through validated applications, consumption, pipeline generation,solution adoption and co-selling with the Snowflake field.Engage directly with strategic customers and partners as a primarypoint of contact.Develop innovative business models that align with Snowflake andpartner objectives.Work collaboratively with the customer executive team to build acomprehensive joint business plan.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build joint go-to-marketplans, marketing engines and sales strategies.Develop joint sales plays that effectively position partner solutionsin conjunction with the core benefits of Snowflake.Drive sales enablement efforts around partner solutions across theglobal Snowflake sales organization; be the partner evangelist within theSnowflake sales organization.Build effective and collaborative relationships with our sales teams.OUR IDEAL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE THEFOLLOWING:Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant sales, business development oralliances experience.Proven success in directly managing customer and partner relationshipstoward business outcomes.Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creativesolutions.You have demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate acrossfunctional teams to support customer/partner success.An understanding of usage-based business models.Strong skills in multitasking, communication, negotiation,organization, and teamwork.An ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver growthmetrics.Strong strategic selling/business development skills.Snowflake is one of the fastest-growing technology companies inhistory. It is every employee's duty to keepcustomer information secure and confidential.The following represents the expected range of compensation for thisrole: The estimated base salary range for this role is $117,000 –$157,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake'sbonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based onpermissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, andgeographic location.
