They are now seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager on a 12 month contract to join their dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in building out the company's Consulting/Services partnerships in key markets within AU&NZ. The successful candidate will have a background in partner/alliance/ecosystem management within high tech or financial services, working with consulting and technology partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to lay the foundation for the company's partner development strategy for years to come.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a partner GTM strategy for the assigned region, based on overall GTM partner strategy and sales prioritiesCultivate key partnerships for the region, particularly consulting partners that provide integration servicesDeploy partner programs and enablement initiatives to drive partner engagementComplete joint business plans, regular QBRs and execute partner agreements with high-priority partners across the regionEnsure close engagement between partners and customers by collaborating effectively with sales counterpartsAchieve or exceed goals for partner-sourced revenue and partner development objectivesIdeal Candidate: Proven experience in managing partnerships and/or sales within high-tech or financial services organisationsTrack record of successfully recruiting, developing, and growing partnershipsProfessional and technical knowledge of industry trends and key players in the competitive landscapeStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audienceSound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and proven track record of taking ownershipAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
