Partner – Business Advisory

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) We have been retained to find and appoint a new Partner to join the Business Advisory practice of a prominent accounting and advisory firm with an international presence. The firm is on a steep growth trajectory and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the team in Northern Tasmania. This is an exceptional opportunity and different from most, due to the unique way that the firm operates.

As a Partner you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In this senior leadership role, you will champion initiatives, identify and seize new business opportunities, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client service. You will work within a collaborative team model, leveraging offshore and virtual resources to meet client needs effectively.

The role is based in Northern Tasmania but the client may relocate the right candidate and also consider flexible working arrangements.

To be considered for this position you should have the following profile:
10+ years' experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax services, predominantly to SME clients. Business development aptitude, with the potential to source and convert new business. Strong business leadership skills and the ability to develop the practice and team. Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
