Provide planning support across a Federal Government Department Your new company This Government Department is responsible for providing disability-based services to the community and is looking for a Planning Support Officer based in Adelaide. Your new role Working with the Participant Experience Delivery Team, you will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities. These will include providing reception support for the location office, and managing a team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries. You will also undertake investigations and prepare reports whilst performing a range of data entry activities. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in customer service and/or administration Attention to detail Resilience and adaptability The ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-based role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills An empathetic nature and ability to work with vulnerable people Please note: you must be an Australian citizen and successful applications will be required to undergo a Working with Children Check.
