APS3 equivalent payrate $37+p/h plus super Located in Toowoomba, Queensland About the Team The National Delivery team is dedicated to engaging with participants and managing their plans and supports to ensure positive outcomes.
Operating through state and territory-based business units, the team focuses on delivering accessible and nationally consistent experiences for participants.
By working collaboratively and prioritising participant needs, the team plays a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and navigate the system effectively.
About the Role As an APS3 Participant Support Officer , you will play a vital role in providing procedural, clerical, and administrative support within a team environment.
Reporting to senior team members, you will manage your workflow effectively while delivering high-quality services to participants and stakeholders.
This role involves both behind-the-scenes administrative work and public-facing support, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience for participants.
Managing participant matters by actioning planning tasks in line with legislation.
Providing counter/reception support, assisting participants with self-help kiosks and online services.
Resolving customer enquiries, providing information, or referring customers to suitable services.
Managing shared email inboxes, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
Coordinating appointments and ensuring accessible office facilities for participants.
Conducting research and investigations, preparing reports and correspondence.
Performing data entry tasks and ensuring follow-up is completed.
Receiving and recording complaints and feedback in business systems.
About you To thrive in this role, you need: Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A professional and empathetic approach to engaging with participants and stakeholders.
Proficiency in data entry and working with business systems.
Be able to pass and hold national police check and worker screening check.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
