About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Participant and Community Partnership Team Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our NDIS services to ensure financial sustainability and the delivery of high-quality supports to our participants. This part-time role offers 50 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times, provided you are available for events that support NDIS business growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS framework to expand our service offerings and participant base.Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, carers, service providers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the NDIS sector.Revenue Management: Implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, assisting with the financial sustainability of the organisation.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.Attend forums, expos, activations (e.g. shopping centres and schools), meetings, conferences, and other events that provide opportunities for NDIS business growth.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
