Secondary HSIE/RE Teacher Temporary Part-Time (all of 2025 school year) Work days - Thursday Commencing in Term 1, 2025 About the opportunity: Catherine McAuley Westmead is seeking a Secondary HSIE/RE teacher to join their collaborative team on a temporary part-time basis commencing in Term 1, 2025.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Contemporary and authoritative professional knowledge and understanding of the teaching of HSIE and the factors that influence learning and development, effective pedagogies, assessment and reporting, a wide range of resources, including interactive technologies, and their use in teaching and learning. Understanding of how to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs in order to maximise student learning. Exemplary professional practice which includes building effective relationships and managing complex interactions, creating and maintaining engaging and intellectually challenging and safe learning environments, planning, implementing and evaluating rigorous and inclusive learning programs.
