Our Client Woodside, a Global Oil & Gas major Operator in Perth CBD, is currently seeking an Ethics and Compliance Analyst to join them until the end of 2025.This role works within the Ethics and Compliance team, conducting Risk Assessments of new suppliers. These are 'corporate risks' such as Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC), legal sanctions, bankruptcy, adverse media, etc. We are looking for someone with the ability to work 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Joining our Ethics and Compliance team, supporting global compliance initiatives.Assessing, evaluating, and risk-rating third parties prior to entering contractual relationships (e.g., suppliers, customers, social investment partners, and other business partners).Gathering intelligence using Woodside's due diligence systems and tools, as well as research using public sources to identify potential regulatory and reputational risks (e.g., sanctions, politically exposed persons, adverse media, and litigation).Communicating with internal stakeholders to request further information, seek clarity, and report and escalate adverse findings to the E&C team.The successful candidate will be able to display:Background in accounting/finance, C&P, or strong administrative skills with an understanding of corporate structures and risk.High level of ethics on a personal level, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest levels.Strong attention to detail.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
