Our client, an award-winning communication service provider, is currently looking for a proficient Sales Administrator to join their team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to support their Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams on a day-to-day basis.
Job Role:Part Time Sales Administrator - FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS IMMEDIATE START Location:Birmingham
Working Hours:20 - 25 hours Monday to Friday, Flexible hours between 9.00am - 5.30pm
Duration:3-month temporary contract (with Permanent Job Prospects)
Hourly Rate:£11.44 per hour plus AMAZING Office Angels benefits AND weekly holiday pay!
Here's what you'll be doing:Administrative Support: Assisting in the preparation of internal and contractual documentsProject Support: Providing assistance across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management functions to ensure timely delivery of projects.Inbound Communication Management: Redirecting inbound emails to the relevant teams and updating internal information based on received information.Lead Generation: Managing and responding to emails and phone calls from current and potential clients.Communications: Scheduling the distribution of key information across multiple channels.Client Engagement: Providing valuable support to clients.If you are an enthusiastic and dynamic self-starter with experience and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, this is the role for you!
