Job DescriptionProvide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurantObtain dining information from guests, such as dietary restrictions or special occasionsCoordinate the dining room's seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in businessSeat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the ServersConduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas, reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channelsEnsure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiativesQualificationsPrevious experience in a luxury establishment preferredMinimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferredSelf-motivated, with the ability to make effective decisionsDemonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to deliver exceptional service levels under pressurePhysically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.Additional InformationAvailability must include Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings starting at 3 PM.
