The Role We currently have exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Richmond.
This role is responsible for interacting with customers (in person at reception, via phone, email, and internal systems) to generate positive encounters using a service-oriented approach.
Act as the voice of the organisation, providing excellent service to customers in a timely manner.
We look forward to work with someone who has a passion for providing a high quality of customer service, has excellent communication skills, and possess demonstrated experience dealing with difficult customers.
Responsibilities Reception Greet people visiting the organisation, determine the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate place Ensure that calls are answered in conformity to defined company standards Operate telephone switchboard to receive and forward calls Generate order or repair documentation and match with jobs prior to dispatch Receive payments and record receipts for services Calculate and quote prices or rates for products or services File and maintain records Customer Service Administration (Support Role) Create the repair order as per guidelines Perform spare parts interpretation and create estimate Handling watches as per company standard Filing of documentation Indirect assistance with customer escalations Health & Safety Follow occupational health and safety policies and pro-actively raise any concerns that may arise Report a situation which could result in someone getting hurt Skills and Experience Excellent presentation Strong communication skills (speaking and writing) Accurate data entry skills Excellent telephone etiquette Problem solving skills Decisive, firm, courteous, customer oriented Proficient in basic computer knowledge, SAP / similar ERP system & Microsoft Office Technical knowledge in the watch making industry advantageous How to Apply Please click  APPLY  to submit your application.
