What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services, call management, visitor management, mail management, workplace experience support, and hospitality services. Your contributions will ensure a seamless and professional experience for employees, visitors, and clients.
An Overview of the role: Provide coverage for reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.Utilize NetApp intranet and phone systems to manage calls, look up employee contact information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.Greet visitors, notify personnel of their arrival, and monitor employee and visitor flow in and out of buildings.Maintain security requirements by ensuring visitors sign the visitor log and distributing guest badges using the Lobby works system.Maintain a professional appearance of the building lobby or reception area.Support visitors with transportation requests, such as arranging taxi services.Receive and route all deliveries, interact with vendors, couriers, and delivery personnel.Responsible for mail sorting, distribution, and assisting with self-service shipping and courier services..Support Workplace Experience (WX) activities, including office coordination, housekeeping, courier services, office repairs and maintenance, moves, pantry services, and stock management.Assist with Facilities activities, such as managing work orders and conducting cleaning audits.Provide support with training and meeting rooms, including equipment setup and furniture arrangement, as time permits.Offer hospitality services, including providing refreshments for client meetings, stocking pantries, and spot cleaning kitchenettes.Sounds like you?
