Maximise Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic part-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at our Palmerston office. The scope of duties for this role will encompass all aspects of front office / clinic reception operations including:Point of saleBookings managementGeneral administrative service co-ordination for our satellite sites at Humpty Doo, Casuarina, and CairnsSelection criteria for this position will include:Previous administrative experience, preferably within the Healthcare industryStrong attention to detailEFTPOS and cash handling skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamThis part-time permanent position is offered at 20-30 hours per week, to be worked across clinic opening times 8am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 8-1pm Saturday, and available for immediate start.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in administration?Do you have customer service experience?
