About the Role
Reporting to interstate management, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio based in the western suburbs. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service. You are essentially the face of the business.
The Duties Listing & advertisement of properties Open inspections & private viewings Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings Repairs and maintenance SACAT hearings when required Rental arrears management Skills & Experience Property Management Registration Experience in Property Tree Initiative and a passion for the industry Impeccable written and verbal communication skills High level of care factor and customer service Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills Culture & Benefits Growing agency Business incentives & bonuses Vehicle allowance 1 day working in office Attractive salary package Please call Mallory Perkins@ GOUGH 0493 247 029 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
