We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Osteopath to join our busy practice in Dubbo! Working at Cultivate you will be part of a collaborative, friendly environment where you can grow as a practitioner.
Our clinic is located within the Red City CrossFit Gym in Dubbo, a friendly community of health-focussed individuals who support one another in striving to be their best.
What we are looking for
We are looking for 1-2 osteopaths to join our clinic in Dubbo. We place an equal emphasis on manual therapy, movement education and rehab and are focused on providing personalized care that empowers our patients.
We value well-rounded individuals inside and outside of the clinical realm, with a growth mindset who can inspire those around them. Our ideal team player is proactive in learning and working together with other health professionals, and is on a continual quest to improve their clinical skillset to benefit their patients.
Both new graduates and experienced osteopaths are welcome to apply A mostly structural approach to treatment is preferred, but we welcome and encourage all treatment styles Qualifications: AHPRA-registered Osteopath. Further training in the areas of Dry Needling, Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, sports rehab and/or women's health are a bonus but not required. Rosters: Mon-Friday 3-5 days depending on whether part-time or full-time. Benefits and perks
CPD allowance of $1500 per year In-house CPD and mentoring from the practice principal, an Osteopath with over 10 years' experience. Relocation grants are available through the NSW Rural Doctors Network to assist with the expenses of moving to regional and rural NSW. We will also offer a $1000 sign on bonus to assist with relocation costs. Paid day off on your birthday! Great work-life balance, work Mon-Fri only Flexible pay structure:
Structured pay progression, set salary or base/commission depending on experience and performance. We reward individuals based on clinical performance and contributions to the team.
Start date:
The right candidate can start immediately, however we are flexible with start dates. We are hoping to have our candidate join us by January 2025 at the latest.
