With an online store and retail stores, we are looking for an experienced administrator / coordinator to join the team at our head office!
About the role Working across back-end retail store support and head office, this position involves;
Proficiency in Excel, Power point, Canva, Teams, & Email management Managing executive and group travel bookingsAdmin support for new store openings, working in conjunction with multiple departments Office stationery & supplies ordering Meeting support & organisation Various project-based work, with the ability to digest & present information for effective decision making Based in our head office in Caringbah, we have a 2 day per week flexible work from home policy Local & interstate travel to store set ups will be required About you A naturally structured and organised person You can remain calm under pressure & aren't bothered by project changes You can adjust to varying workloadsYou bring initiative to tasks and projects Equipped with a resilient attitude and the ability to adapt smoothly to the fast-paced business environmentAbility to forecast, think on your feet, while following directive English clearly written & spoken Experience in retail / project-based administration work Success in this role will be underpinned by an organised, detailed approach to your dayAbility to manage your workload to meet deadlines, while keeping a flexible mindset, knowing things can change & retail moves quickly! Great communication between head office personnel, store teams and external contractors is needed to bring all the moving parts together Practical experience in email & diary management (outlook), excel, PowerPoint & Canva
