Our client is a large Investment House who are seeking a part-time Office Manager/PA to work in their brand-new office in the CBD working closely to maintain the office and support 3 Directors and the rest of the team.
The Role
An experienced Office Manager or Executive/Personal Assistant who isn't afraid to jump in and lend a hand to the team when needed.
The role is an incredible opportunity to work part-time - 3-4 working 9.30am - 2.30pm or similar.
Personal assistant duties:
Keeping personnel records up to date, updating financial documents Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms Booking transport and accommodation for those who require it Assist organising company events Office manager duties include:
Ordering stationery and IT equipment Ordering office supplies, incl food/drink as required Dealing with general correspondence Preparing letters processing invoices Implementing and maintaining procedures /office administrative systems Liaising with building management for fire drills, maintenance, cleaning Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience in either a corporate or high-level administration role. Other key requirements include:
Previous experience in a similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits
