About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated State Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the State Operations team, corporate office, and medical centres. This part-time position, requiring 3 days per week, involves a variety of office management tasks to ensure efficient operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing the State Manager's diary and scheduling appointments.
Monitor and track clinician bonuses, ensuring timely submission of contracts and relevant paperwork to Finance.
Prepare financial reports for suppliers and assist with reconciliation processes.
Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized office environment.
Handle telephone and email inquiries, delivering excellent customer service to staff and external partners.
Plan and organize events such as meetings and strategy workshops, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Facilitate ad-hoc projects and support the roll out of state-wide initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or corporate settings.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously while being a cooperative relationship builder.
