Part Time Office Administrator

Permanent part-time Administrator role in Inner North Brisbane, 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.

Your new role

You will be the sole office administrator, primarily working autonomously to undertake end-to-end administrative duties. This will involve covering reception and providing customer service via phone, email and SAP Ariba while managing an in-house CRM database. You will prepare quotes, coordinate travel, order office consumables, organise meetings and take minutes, expedite reports, manage expense claims and undertake general filing and data entry.
You will work 20 hours a week across 4-5 days, depending on your preference.

Your Office Administrative experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
