What does this role involve? As a Member Service Attendant, you are the first point of contact for our guests and valued rewards members, providing a memorable guest service experience. You will be responsible for managing queries and sign-ups to our Federal Rewards Member loyalty program, participate in the running of on-property promotions and accurately maintain member information. Additionally, you will provide assistance in the Electronic Gaming areas as needed and any other support duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience.

A passion for providing memorable customer service Exceptional problem solving skills Excel at working in a fast-paced environment whilst juggling multiple priorities Be a confident and clear communicator including making announcements on in house microphone Positively represent the Country Club values of Integrity, Passion, Teamwork and Respect Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (day and night) across seven days of the week Have completed an approved Responsible Conduct of Gambling course (or be able to obtain at own cost prior to commencing work) To be of legal age (18 years) and hold a current Special Employee (Casino Operative) Licence under the Gaming Control Act 1993 (Tas), which includes a national police check (or be able to obtain at your own cost prior to commencing work) Interested?
