An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified teacher to join Concordia Lutheran College at the start of 2025. Are you passionate and committed to inspiring students to nurture their aspirations and love of learning in a caring and vibrant educational setting?
We are seeking a Part Time Teacher who will inspire our Year 7-9 students. The successful applicant will have the ability to teach two or more of the following areas: Mathematics, Science, HASS and English. To be successful in this role you will have the demonstrated ability to:
Provide a positive and stimulating teaching and learning environment with a focus on evidence-based practice to improve student learning outcomes. Implement recognised teaching strategies that cater for individual needs and develop students' abilities. Establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with students, staff, parents, and other community members. Be highly organised and work collaboratively to plan, coordinate resources, set priorities and achieve outcomes. You will need to possess current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (or the eligibility to obtain). Recent graduates and early career teachers are encouraged to apply.
You will be supported in this role by an experienced teaching team who instill in our students the values of learning, compassion, courage, service, excellence, and respect.
