Part-Time Workforce Planning Coordinator
to join our Food & Beverage Department. This role will assist in the administration and rostering of our part-time and casual staff across our three racecourses Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown, and Mornington.As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, the successful candidate will ensure our racecourses have the optimal staffing resources. Collaborate across departments to forecast staff needs, enhance workforce efficiency, and contribute to strategic decisions that align with our business objectives.The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is proud to be recognised as a 2022 & 2023 Winner of The Australian Business Awards for Employer of Choice.
