Part-Time Hr Administrator

Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys the flexibility of working from home.

This position requires an immediate start for up to six months, working five days per week for four hours.

Reporting To The HR Manager, Responsibilities Will Include:

Generating contracts of employmentOnboarding new employeesUpdating data into the HRIS systemsDownloading medicals, reviewing and filing them accordinglyFortnightly payroll admin updating the payroll portal with new starter informationFile managementCorrespondence for starter packs and offer lettersIt is essential for this position that you possess recent HR administration experience, coupled with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to recognize and rectify anomalies where required. You will be a strong communicator who can work autonomously and have the facilities from home to set up an office.
