Part Time Finance And Administration Officer

Wolff Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster located in Hendra.  We are looking for an experienced Administration and Finance Officer to join our team on a part time basis.  We are offering 15-20 hours per week to be split across a minimum of 3 days.

As an Administration and Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of Wolff Coffee Roasters by providing administrative assistance and financial support across multiple departments. 
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Financial Controller, managing accounts payable/receivable, and providing customer service to online and wholesale partners. You will also help with payroll preparation, monthly reconciliations, and the generation of financial reports for senior management. Additionally, you will support the Dispatch team with order fulfilment and contribute to interim project budget reporting.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills to ensure efficient day-to-day operations in finance, wholesale, retail, and dispatch activities.  You will have a professional approach and a keen eye for detail.
