Seeking experienced Executive Assistants Your new company This well-known organisation specialises in project and construction management for the local, national, and international sectors. As a part-time Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Chairman and managing the business operations. Your new role In your new role you'll be required to work in a small team whilst provide executive support, perform corporate and administration support, project coordination and assist with events. What you'll need to succeed As the successful applicant, you will have a minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work in a team environment and high attention to detail. Your main duties will include: Act as first point of contact for Chairman Diary, calendar, and travel Management Coordinate and manage meetings with external stakeholders, audiovisual equipment and other meeting resources as required Day-to-day administrative support to Chairman Managing email and phone correspondence Document collation and coordination including board papers, presentations, minutes etc. Complete credit card returns, reimbursement claims and other finance tasks Ad-hoc assistance when required across the office functions You will be highly considered if you have: Strong written and verbal skills Fast typing skills Excellent research skills Exceptional professional communication skills Sound judgement and confidence to seek guidane where appropriate Ability to multitask manage deadlines and prioritise work Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 programs Qualifications and Licences Driving licence Fisrt Aid Certificate preferred Desirables Knowledge of property, construction, real estate or similar would be advantageous What you'll get in return This organisation will allow you to challenge yourself in new and exciting ways and work in an environment that supports and values you.
