The role: We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility based in Mirani, QLD.

What you will do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualized resident care plansSupervision and support for Care WorkersClinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through a resident-first approachWho are you and what will you bring?Current APHRA Registration as a Div. 2 Enrolled Nurse - MANDATORYCurrently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) - MANDATORYMinimum experience: One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting - MANDATORYDesirable experience: Two-years of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care settingFull and valid working rights in Australia - MANDATORYExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsBe passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsEmployment Details: Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract Hours: 70 Hours/Fortnight Shifts: Multiple shifts available Hourly Rate: $33.78 to $38.00 (based on experience) + 11% Superannuation + Tax-free benefits up to $15,900 through Not-for-Profit Salary PackagingCome experience the charm, history, and warmth of Mackay—it's more than a place; it's an invitation to create your own remarkable story!
