Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (pending exp) plus Super and Bonuses pro-rota
Contract: Permanent Part Time Your new role Working with a large NFP health fund in their Sydney CBD branch, this organisation is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team!
After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset Part-time 25 hours a week - Monday 8:45am-5pm, Tuesday 8:45am-5pm, Wednesday 8:45-12pm What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
Enjoys working in a team environment
