As a Club InterContinental Attendant, you'll welcome our guests to the lounge, complete appropriate check in and checks outs and recommend food and drink and help keep service on track by creating memorable and meaningful experiences.
A little taste of your day-to-day: Deliver elevated luxury experiences and guests receive an exclusive personalised experienceEnsure appreciated recognition is provided to our most exclusive guestsAcknowledge IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors & returning guests, in person or on the phoneStay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you'll report all incidents and wear any protective equipment neededStay one step ahead of guests needs – record and act on preferencesHandle cash and credit card transactionsSwiftly check in and out guests – take ID's, hand out room keysBe a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from billing to local knowledge and advise leadership when necessaryTake pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassadorAlways know what events and activities are on the days scheduleJump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your helpWhat we need from you Communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk toYour problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memoriesFluency in English – extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
