About the role: We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista Trainer to provide quality training for our key accounts and café customers across WA and with some interstate travel.
Based in Perth, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional accredited barista training for key accounts, across many sites,and café customers state wide and in some rare cases nationally. This position is rewarded with a competitive salary package, personal and professional development opportunities, plus phone, laptop and car allowance. You will use your own car and be offered a competitive car allowance; therefore a reliable car and current cleandriver's license is essential. Regional and occasionalinterstate travel will also be required.
This is a part-time role working 2.5 days a week (with some flex) and the potential to extend to 4 days a week early next year. We are looking for someone who can adapt to this change.
About you: We're seeking a candidate with a genuine passion for both coffee and interpersonal connections, someone who excels in dynamic, high-pressure settings. Collaboration is key, so being a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills is crucial. Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous. Experience in guiding others in the workplace, coupled with proficient barista skills and an appetite for continuous learning, are fundamental. Familiarity with the coffee industry, particularly in café management, is highly valued. Additionally, professionalism, strong communication, adept time management, and the ability to work autonomously are essential traits we're looking for.
