Receptionist/ Administrator (Part Time) PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. We are seeking an experienced Administrator/ Receptionist for an immediate start with one of our clients based near Northbridge. This is a part time role (3 days per week). This role has the potential to be made permanent down the track so requires someone with full, unrestricted working rights (Permanent resident or Citizen) Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing temporary role (potential for a permanent opportunity) Location: Near Northbridge Hours: Between 8am - 4pm (3 days per week) Pay rate: $35 - $36ph super depending on relevant experience The Role Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Greeting & registration of visitors Ordering stationary Answering reception line and relaying messages to the relevant person Coordinating booking of meeting rooms Booking travel for internal staff Liaising with internal staff and IT provider regarding any IT issues General other administrative duties for the office Experience Required Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative/ reception role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to pick up computer systems quickly Exceptional multitasking, organisational and time management skills A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour Must be reliable and flexible. Excellent computer, written and verbal skills.
