Part Time Administration Officer - Nursing Support

Formed in as a partnership between Genea Fertility and Fertility SA, the clinic provides South Australian patients with outstanding care and fertility outcomes.We are currently looking for an experienced administration assistant to join our Nursing team in a support role working on a part-time basis (11am-5pm Monday to Friday). Taking on a wide range of support duties, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Contact external providers to obtain results and enter outstanding routine/treatment results into electronic patient records.Attach results in BBS and Genie.Email patients' routine pathology/radiology request forms and scripts as directed.Communicate with the medical team and St Andrews hospital on scheduling of theatre and lab procedures (e.g., SMS, email).Create consents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
