Part-Time Administration Officer

JMC is a family-owned and operated automotive dealership network that has been firmly embedded in the Tasmanian community for over three decades.
We are seeking a talented, can-do, and customer-focused Administrator with a broad range of administration skills who is able to take on a variety of duties unique to the automotive industry. The successful applicant will be detail-minded, self-motivated, determined, up for a challenge, and looking to expand their skills in a strong and responsive business.
About the RoleThis role is part-time, with the final number of hours and days to be determined with the successful candidate. Please note that Mondays and Fridays, or part thereof, must form part of the roster.
In this role, you will support management in the day-to-day operation of the Devonport dealerships, managing competing priorities and covering in whatever capacity is needed on the day. Your ability to build relationships, follow manufacturer processes, and problem-solve will be fundamental to the success of this role.
About YouYou are well-presented and professional, as well as perceptive and responsive to customer needs. You confidently set the standard in customer service and have a passion for solution-based outcomes. You have a bubbly, upbeat personality, and a strong work ethic.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships.Exceptional time management skills.Established technological skills including basic Microsoft Office knowledge.Self-motivation to achieve and create your own success.The ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.A current driver's licence is essential for this role.Your ability to learn and keep up to date with industry trends will see you perform well in our business.
