Part-Time Administration

Working with a professional services organisation based in the CBD, we are looking for a part-time administrator with exceptional administration skills. This role is permanent part-time, working 3 days per week in the office. This role will suit someone who has a good foundation of administration skills or who has been in administration for the majority of their career and enjoys this type of role. If the successful candidate comes from a Financial Services or Professional Services background, even better!
The role:Supporting in a team of 10 alongside 2 other support staffHigh levels of document controlMeeting minutes and diary managementPreparation of expensesClient liaisonGeneral ad-hoc admin and supporting dutiesThe successful candidate:Will be an experienced administrator who has had a career in administrationIdeally someone who has worked in a Financial Services or Professional Services environmentGreat communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience with high levels of document controlGood organisation and accuracy skillsAbility to learn new processes and systemsThe company:CBD location - close to public transportStunning high-rise officeGood training providedSalary of $75,000 package3 full days - days are flexible at this stageIn office roleIf this role sounds of interest, please apply here today as we will be reviewing applications as they come through.
