Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are a fast-paced construction company seeking a diligent and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Customers, Clients and internal stakeholders. This role is a part-time position, between 2-3 days a week, based in our head office in Mitchell, ACT.
Responsibilities: Efficiently enter new jobs and projects into the company's system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Schedule site attendances, coordinating with supervisors, customers, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally. Assist in client reporting by compiling relevant data, generating reports, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. Maintain records and documentation related to projects and client communications. Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related industry. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
