Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable: Entering and updating information into our accounting system, respond to queries, meet monthly deadlines, first point of contact with Debtors chasing payment for invoices.Answering incoming calls, taking messages & directing calls appropriatelyManage AP inbox, allocating and responding to emailsFiling, photocopying, scanning of documentation and docket sortingManual preparationMaintaining levels of office & kitchen suppliesCompleting any ad-hoc duties as requiredSkills & ExperienceThe minimum pre-requisite to qualify for this position are: Must have previous experience in the same or similar role Extremely organisedAbility to multi-taskAn eye for detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsPunctual and reliableAbility to work autonomously and within a teamIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)MYOB experience is favourable Must be available 3 days per weekNew office location will be in Moonee Ponds  Benefits & PerksFamily owned and operated business Exciting team to be apart of!
