About Us:We are a dynamic waste company looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records. Ideally suited for someone seeking flexible hours, such as during school hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Help prepare financial reports and assist in month-end closing processes.
Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

Ideally experience in accounting software Xero and Wastedge is a plus.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
