We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Broker to join our team in Wollongong, NSW.
As a Senior Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing tailored financing solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals.
Research and analyse the mortgage market to identify the most suitable loan products and lender options for each client.
Guide clients through the loan application process, providing support and advice at every step.
Prepare and submit loan applications, negotiate with lenders, and ensure a smooth settlement process.
Maintain comprehensive client records and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the company's mortgage services.
Contribute to the growth and development of the mortgage team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker in the banking and financial services industry.
Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent knowledge of the mortgage market, including loan products, lender policies, and regulatory requirements.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions for clients.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional development.
