Parks & Recreation Administration OfficerGladstone, AUGladstone Ports CorporationAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, values-driven, and highly organized Administration Officer to join our Parks & Recreation team. Reporting to the Parks & Recreation Supervisor and working in a dedicated team, you will be accountable for providing general administrative support services to the entire Parks & Recreation department to ensure efficient and reliable office operations.Additionally, you will:Provide comprehensive administrative services and support to the Parks and Recreation team, ensuring efficient operations.Prepare a variety of correspondence and detailed reports, manage filing systems, handle invoicing and receipting processes, input data into JDE, and perform general duties as directed by the team.Assist in the maintenance and organisation of resources, including tracking inventory and managing stationery orders to ensure availability.Support the end-to-end procurement processes by contributing to the development of Scope of Works, implementing Sourcing Strategies, and obtaining Capital Expenditure Approvals to facilitate timely acquisitions.Prepare and organise relevant documentation for meetings, as well as compile and distribute minutes to ensure accurate record-keeping and communication.Proactively undertake work activities with a focus on completion, ensuring tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard within designated timelines.About YouJoin our team if you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong drive for success.
