The Role As a member of the Parks Maintenance Team there will be a strong focus on horticultural activities relating to the maintenance of parts, reserves and open space assets. Day to Day Typical tasks include: Mowing, edging, brush cutting, spraying, tree works, garden maintenance and fertilising Broad acremowing of assets using appropriate plant and equipment - ride on mowers, tractor operateds mowing Collecting and removal of litter prior to mowing About You Current Drivers Licence Experience in horticultural maintenance Experience in operating plant including both mechanical and hand tools Experience in mowing, applying fertiliser and herbicides Level of reading and writing to be able to maintain daily records, follow instructions and perform chemical mixing and application calculations Trade qualification in horticulture is desirable Understanding of OH&S requirements To Apply To apply for this position please click on the Apply button and submit your application.
